Garden Shed

  • Our RENT TO OWN program allows a monthly payment schedule when outright full purchase is not an option. A credit check is NOT REQUIRED and a low credit score is not a factor to qualify. The monthly payment schedule can be either, 36, 48, or 60 month term. After all payment obligations are met, you own the Barn. Additionally, you have the option to PAY OFF the balance on your barn purchase EARLY, without incurring any penalty fees.
